Walk In Medical Clinic Every Monday Afternoon

The Plano Housing Authority Health Care Initiative: Medical staff from Collin County Community Health Center provides primary urgent and chronic care for adults such as colds, rashes, hypertension and diabetes. Clinic hours are every Monday from 1:30pm to 4:00pm. If the office is closed on a Monday, the clinic will also be closed. Patients will be referred to the facility on Park & Ave K for additional treatment. Medicare & Medicaid accepted.
