Plano Housing Authority Landlord Program
 

RENTAL INCREASES SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.  We are having to “tighten our belt” due to allocation reductions from HUD effective July 1, 2008.  Plano Housing Authority announced on May 30, 2008 that effective July 1, 2008, we will suspend all rental increase requests until such time as we are in a financial position to consider the requests.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
