Plano Housing Authority

Beginning January 1, 2013 Plano Housing Authority will charge 25 cents per page to make copies.

The PHA must establish subsidy standards that determine the number of bedrooms needed for families of different sizes and compositions. For each family, the PHA determines the appropriate number of bedrooms under the PHA subsidy standards and enters the family unit size on the voucher that is issued to the family. The family unit size does not dictate the size of unit the family must actually lease, nor does it determine who within a household will share a bedroom/sleeping room.

PHA POLICY:     Plano Housing Authority will assign one bedroom for each two persons within the household. (Two people per room)

PHA clients are seen by appointment only during normal business hours Monday -Thursday from 8am until 6:30pm. If you choose to walk-in, clients will not be assisted by their counselor but will be encouraged to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are always welcome to deliver documents to PHA staff.
