PHA clients are seen by appointment only during normal business hours Monday -Thursday from 8am until 6:30pm.

If you choose to walk-in, clients will not be assisted by their counselor but will be encouraged to schedule an appointment.

Walk-ins are always welcome to deliver documents to PHA staff.
