WAITING LIST INFORMATION

TO CHECK YOUR STATUS ON THE WAIT LIST

To check the status of your placement on the waiting list you may come to the administration building and check the Wait List log. If you do not have your waiting list eligibility identification number you will need to show proper picture ID in order for the staff to provide you with this information. You may also send a request in writing by fax or mail. Be sure to include a copy of your picture ID. The information will be mailed to you.

THE WAITLIST IS LOCATED IN THE LOBBY OF THE PLANO HOUSING AUTHORITY AND IS UPDATED THE FIFTH EVERY MONTH.

YOU WILL NEED YOUR APPLICATION NUMBER TO FIND YOUR POSITION ON THE WAITLIST.

APPLICANT NUMBERS ARE MAILED TO YOUR MAILING ADDRESS WITHIN TWO WEEKS AFTER TURNING IN APPLICATION.

YOU MUST KEEP YOUR MAILING ADDRESS CURRENT

PLANO HOUSING AUTHORITY CANNOT GIVE ANY WAITLIST INFORMATION OVER THE TELEPHONE.
