Public Housing ACOP   arrow

A Public Housing Authority’s ACOP (Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy) must describe the policies the Housing Authority has adopted in each area where the Housing Authority has discretion. Public Housing program regulations specify the policy areas that must be covered in the ACOP. Periodically HUD amends these regulations and adds new ACOP requirements. The Revision History will list when changes have been implemented.  The ACOP governs the Public Housing program and is not related to the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
