We are temporarily suspending all briefings to prevent any possible spread of any type of illness. This means that we will NOT be doing any type of port in or relocation briefings. Any existing participant that needs to relocate should contact their existing counselor. Any portability activity will be completed virtually. We are currently suspending annual HQS inspections as well. The only HQS inspection that will be completed is for new move in’s or relocations or emergency inspections. This process is to limit the potential of spreading any type of illness. We are preemptively and voluntarily implementing the above steps. Once the threat of the COVID virus is significantly reduced we will return to our normal processes of briefings and inspections. If you need to drop off paperwork you will need to use the gray mailbox located outside of our office. All of our forms are online so you can fill them out online and then submit them to us without ever coming to the office. You can contact your counselor by e-mail or phone.Read More
