A Public Housing Authority’s administrative plan must describe the policies the Housing Authority has adopted in each area where the Housing Authority has discretion. Voucher program regulations specify the policy areas that must be covered in the administrative plan. Periodically HUD amends these regulations and adds new administrative plan requirements. The Revision History will list when changes have been implemented.
