Plano Public Facility Corporation   arrow

The Corporation is created by the Plano Housing Authority to further its mission to affordable housing and other purposes as set forth in Chapter 303.021 of the Texas Local Government Code.

The Corporation is organized exclusively for the charitable purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, of promoting community welfare by providing decent housing that is affordable to low income families in the City of Plano and counties of Collin, Denton, Dallas, Rockwall, Hunt, Kaufman, Ellis, and Tarrant, Texas, and providing support services to the residents of such housing.

Requests for Property Tax Exemption will need to be applied from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts using the Form 50-310.  The weblink for the form is:

The Board meetings are held as needed.  All board meetings will be posted ahead of time and will be held at the Administrative offices located at 1740 G Avenue, Plano TX  75074.
